Sterling Global Financial, and Bellingham Marine have announced that Bellingham will supply and install the floating concrete dock system for the totally reconstructed Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina at Paradise Landing on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

The new Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina at Paradise Landing will feature 6,100 feet of docks up to 420 feet , a 240’ turning radius, 13.5’ depth and an extensive array of amenities and services for yacht owners, captains and crew.

Bellingham’s Unifloat® Concrete Floating Dock System has proven ecological benefits, including a small carbon footprint from manufacturing, and water quality benefits through marine habitat creation. Manufactured in Jacksonville, Florida, the Unifloat® Concrete Dock System is custom designed for Hurricane Hole. Bellingham Marine will employ local Bahamian labor during the installation process.
As a five-star destination and home port, the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina will provide 24-hour security, on-site Customs & Immigration services, 400-amp, 480-volt power, fuel and pump-out service, laundry, shower, and dressing room facilities.
Created by an international team of development experts, architects and designers, the renowned yachting destination has been fully reimagined. Paradise Landing will include luxury dockside residences, world-class retail, fine dining and extensive amenities designed for owners, guests and yacht crew. Other amenities include waterfront bars and restaurants, a gourmet grocery store, executive office suites yacht provisioning, wine and liquor superstore with dockside delivery, a luxury day spa and nail salon, full-service gym, a dry cleaner, bank, executive office space, medical clinic and pharmacy. At just 120 steps from the world-renowned Atlantis Resort, owners at Hurricane Hole have immediate access to the famous resort’s 40 restaurants and bars, luxury shopping, waterpark, and casino.
Additional features include in-dock cable for high-speed internet, 24-hour security, long-term parking, fuel dock, dockside mobile pump-out services, boat detailing, interior cleaning, golf cart rentals, car rentals and laundry facilities. Members will enjoy state of the art fitness facilities, swimming pools, and charter services. Separate pool, lounge, and gym facilities dedicated for yacht captains and crew add to the property’s unique appeal.
The Residences at Paradise Landing will feature two and three-bedroom layouts with contemporary design, including 10-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows. Every unit will be waterfront.
The project is on schedule for completion in Q4 2021.
