Exciting New Restaurant Announced for Paradise Landing on Paradise Island
Carnivale Bahamas Will Bring a Latin Flair and Bahamian Influences to the Island
The Paradise Landing community is getting an exciting new restaurant that will bring Latin fusion inspiration with Bahamian touches right to Paradise Island.
Officials with Sterling Global Financial Limited, the owners and operators of Paradise Landing and Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina in The Bahamas, along with restaurant owners and government officials, held a groundbreaking Thursday, May 11, to celebrate the start of construction of Carnivale Bahamas.
The $10 million project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2024, and the restaurant anticipates having as many as 120 employees once fully operational.
Carnivale opened in 2005 in Chicago, becoming a celebrated Latin fusion restaurant that celebrates Latin cuisine, love, and a zest for life, all directed by the mottos “live a colorful life” and “love always wins.”
Carnivale Bahamas will have seating for over 350 in its 15,000-square-foot mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for fine dining, casual outdoor food and snacks, live music and entertainment, spaces for private parties and special events, and much more.
Carnivale Bahamas is Paradise Landing's upscale Latin-themed restaurant, offering harbour-facing indoor and outdoor seating with an entertainment space. It joins the Asian Grill, the development's dockside bar and grill, to give Paradise Landing two distinct dining venues suited to different occasions within the community.
The development hosts two restaurants: Carnivale Bahamas, an upscale Latin-themed venue with harbour views and entertainment programming, and the Asian Grill, a poolside dockside bar and grill that is crew and resident friendly. Together they provide a range of dining options without leaving the development.
Both dining venues sit within the Paradise Landing development on Paradise Island, overlooking the harbour and in proximity to the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina. Carnivale Bahamas faces the harbour directly; the Asian Grill occupies a dockside, poolside position.
Residents at Paradise Landing have two dining options within the development itself, supplemented by Atlantis Resort's forty restaurants 120 steps away. The result is a breadth of dining choice within immediate reach that is uncommon for a Caribbean residential address of this scale.
Carnivale Bahamas brings an upscale Latin menu to the development's harbour-facing space, while the Asian Grill offers a more relaxed dockside and poolside experience. The combination covers formal and informal occasions within a short walk of the residences and marina.
On-site dining is one of the features that distinguishes a community from a collection of properties. The presence of Carnivale Bahamas and the Asian Grill within Paradise Landing means residents and marina guests have genuine dining options without leaving the development, which changes the daily experience of living there considerably.
Reservations for Carnivale Bahamas can be arranged through the Paradise Landing concierge team. For current availability and booking details, contacting the development directly through paradiselanding.com or the main operations line is the most reliable route.
The Asian Grill is positioned as a dockside bar and grill with a poolside setting, suited to daytime and evening dining. Current operating hours should be confirmed with the development directly, as these may vary by season.
The dining venues at Paradise Landing serve residents, marina guests, and visitors to the development. They are not restricted to owners or crew, which makes them accessible to those visiting the development for the first time and considering a purchase or berth.
Sterling Global Financial's ongoing investment in Paradise Landing's amenities, evidenced by the continued addition of provisioning, dining, and service facilities, suggests the development will continue to grow its offering over time. Carnivale Bahamas and the Asian Grill represent the current dining component; future additions would be consistent with the developer's pattern of continued investment.
