Carnivale Bahamas Will Bring a Latin Flair and Bahamian Influences to the Island
The Paradise Landing community is getting an exciting new restaurant that will bring Latin fusion inspiration with Bahamian touches right to Paradise Island.
Officials with Sterling Global Financial Limited, the owners and operators of Paradise Landing and Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina in The Bahamas, along with restaurant owners and government officials, held a groundbreaking Thursday, May 11, to celebrate the start of construction of Carnivale Bahamas.
The $10 million project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2024, and the restaurant anticipates having as many as 120 employees once fully operational.
Carnivale opened in 2005 in Chicago, becoming a celebrated Latin fusion restaurant that celebrates Latin cuisine, love, and a zest for life, all directed by the mottos “live a colorful life” and “love always wins.”
Carnivale Bahamas will have seating for over 350 in its 15,000-square-foot mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for fine dining, casual outdoor food and snacks, live music and entertainment, spaces for private parties and special events, and much more.
